Q: iCloud account text

Hi,

I received a text from ICLOUD today saying:

Hi Lucy we noticed unusual sign attempts on Apple ID therefore your Apple ID has been locked. To unlock please visit https://apple.verify-ssl.info.

Im guessing this is a scam?

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 9.2.1
