iPhones are not user serviceable. Apple does not sell iPhone parts at all. By opening up the phone yourself you have forfeited all rights to service from Apple.
If you want advice on how to fix it yourself, look to someplace like http://ifixit.com or find a competent 3rd party who can help you.

by chance touch id is just disactivated. To reactivate it follow these steps:
Go to Settings > Touch ID & Passcode

Mac OS XIf any part of the Touch ID system is damaged it won't work. There is no software solution for a hardware problem.
