Q: Iphone 6s Keychain verifcation iCloud fail

Hello

I have an iphone 6s usig ios 9.2.1.  I keep recieving a request from Apple Keychain to verify my icloud account.

I am then directed to put in my icloud keychain password. After password ks entered, I am asked to submit the keychain verification code.  I recieved the code and entered the code but it wont validate.
