Q: iPhone 5S Bluetooth won't connect to MINI Cooper 2013

I've had my MINI Cooper for two years and my iPhone 5S was connected via Bluetooth, and I could make/receive calls, no problem. One day about 2 weeks ago my iPhone 5S just stopped being connected. The iPhone recognized my MINI, but when I went into the MINI's Bluetooth settings it shows "Searching..." but it never finds my iPhone.

I took it to the dealer to get fixed, and they said they're unable to fix it, that it's an issue with Apple and they're waiting for a fix.

Anyone else have this problem? I searched here and couldn't find any recent posts with the same issue.

It sounds like there's an issue connecting your iPhone 5s to your car's stereo. If you haven't already, try taking a look at the article linked below and running through the troubleshooting tips that it provides.

Thanks Jason!

I'll try those steps, but it's been working fine for 2 years and just recently stopped workIng. My MINI dealer claims to have received a notice from Apple that there's some issues and Apple is (hopefully) coming up with a fix.

I won't hold my breath though....
