Delete photos and video synced from iTunes when you can’t access the originals - Apple Support
Sync photos from your computer to your iOS device using iTunes - Apple Support
Also, if you give the iPhone to your niece with purchases on there still tied to your ID she won't be able to update them and it may cause her other issues later. It is probably not a good idea to do that. The best thing to do would be to erase the iphone. You can then send her the photos she wants and she can sync them on the phone using her own Apple ID. -AJ

Mar 10, 2016 6:39 PM in response to AJ397by becky1117,i try what you say to me, but i have a huge problem with my itunes i doesn't show my iphone because is a old version of itunes i try to update itunes 12.3.2 but i have windoes 10 and its showing so many things like bonjour not found etc etc its a nightmare thats why i been trying without the itunes but i think is imposible!
