I understand that you are having issues signing in to Nick and Nick Jr apps on multiple devices. I would suggest taking a look at the following article:
If an app you installed unexpectedly quits, stops responding, or won’t open
Based on you having the same issues on multiple devices and having reinstalled the app, the last section would appear to be most relevant:
Contact the app developer
If you see this issue again, contact the app developer for help:
Find the app in the App Store.
Tap the app, then tap Reviews.
Underneath App Store Customer Reviews, tap App Support.
