Q: Finding folders and documents
On previous Macs and Operating Systems, if I was searching for a folder that had a certain word in the title of the folder I could search for that folder by just putting that word into Finder's search feature. An example would be, If the folder name was "Football night photos" I could search for the word "Photos" and filter for folders only in order to find the folder. That feature appears to no longer work and I can only search for the first word of the folder. In order to find "Football night photos" I would have to search for the word "football". The same is somewhat true for documents. In the past if I was searching for a particular MicrosoftWord document that had the word "football" somewhere in the document, all I needed to do was search the word "football" to find the document. It seems this feature doesn't work like it did in the past either. Is there some setting I need to change somewhere in order to have a more effective search.
Thank you,
Pat M.
