Mar 13, 2016 12:06 PM in response to JoeB615by martydmnt,I have had a similar problem with folders that I've created or copied from Windows 7 to my iCloud drive. I've found that if I create the folder from Windows it does not appear on my iCould drive on my OS X or iOS devices. If I create the folders from OS X or the iCloud web interface, then move files from W indows 7 to those same folders, the files sync.
I'm not sure if this is a bug, "feature", or I'm missing a setting somewhere. I hope this helps.

Mar 13, 2016 4:43 PM in response to martydmntby JoeB615,Thanks. This fix was attempted, but did not solve the issue. iCloud changes will appear on the Windows 10 laptop, changes made on the Windows drive do not appear on the other devices.
