Q: Files added to iCloud drive for Windows does not appear in iCloud Drive on other devices.

I've added iCloud drive to MBP, iPad, iPhone, and a Windows 10 PC.  All added files appears in the iCloud drive on the Windows laptop, but files added to the iCloud Drive from the Windows 10 laptop do not appear on other devices. Any fixes for this?

I have had a similar problem with folders that I've created or copied from Windows 7 to my iCloud drive. I've found that if I create the folder from Windows it does not appear on my iCould drive on my OS X or iOS devices. If I create the folders from OS X or the iCloud web interface, then move files from  W indows 7 to those same folders, the files sync.

I'm not sure if this is a bug, "feature", or I'm missing a setting somewhere. I hope this helps.

Thanks.  This fix was attempted, but did not solve the issue.  iCloud changes will appear on the Windows 10 laptop, changes made on the Windows drive do not appear on the other devices.

Apparently one additional Windows restart resolved this issue. Thanks.
