    Hi moshfeq02,

I understand you are inquiring about two issues with your iPhone.  1)  Your deleted emails are no longer staying in the Trash folder and 2) The email account that you used to store your Notes has been deleted.

What email account are you currently using?  Is it a POP or an IMAP account?  Don't include the entire address in your reply.  Just what is after the @ symbol.   You can control the mailbox behaviours like how long trash stays on the server in the advanced settings for your mail account.  Go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars and tap on the account to get to the Advanced settings.

Do you have an iCloud email account?  If not, you can create one and use that account to manage your Notes and keep them sychronized between all of your devices.

I'll include additional information regarding Mail and Notes apps on the iPhone below:

Add an email account to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars.

If Mail can't find your email settings, you need to enter them manually. After you enter your email address and password, tap Next, then follow these steps:

    1. Choose IMAP or POP for your new account. If you aren’t sure which one to choose, contact your email provider.
    2. Enter the information for Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server. Then tap Next. If you don't have this information, try to look it up or contact your email provider.
    3. If you still can't set up your email account or save your email settings, contact your email provider.

    iCloud: Notes overview

To gain access to iCloud Notes and other iCloud features, set up iCloud on your iOS device or Mac.

If you try to use Notes on iCloud.com, but get a message that says an iCloud email address is needed, your iCloud account isn’t set up with a free @icloud.com email account. iCloud uses the email account to store notes for the original Notes app on iCloud.com and devices using iOS 8.4.1 or earlier, OS X v10.10.5 or earlier, or Windows. If you don’t have an @icloud.com email address, you can create one by turning on Notes in iCloud preferences on your Mac or in iCloud settings on your iOS device.
