I would like to prevent someone to log to cloud by changing the password, cause I'm affraid he might delete my cloud data.
still I wouldn't like to prevent iphone finding by chanign the password

If yes, no one can delete your iCloud backup.
Read the link I've given, you can passcode lock remotely by using Lost Mode.
