Q: MacBook Air won't commct to wifi but other devices have successfully connected

I Recently connected to a new internet provider. My iPhone & iPad have connected without a problem. However, my MacBook Air will not connect. It says it can't join the network. Ive tried deleting the files in the system preferences and still no connection.

MacBook Air, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.4)
