And is the computer a very old PowerPC model with either a G3, G4, or G5
processor? This would place its vintage appropriate to name on this thread.

If the computer is older than 2006, and does not use Intel core processors,
it would likely be iMac (PPC G5) or newer one would be iMac (Intel Core.)

If the computer was built and sold after 2005, it would be an intel core model.
Some of those models look near exactly like the older PowerPC G5 iMac.

Details woefully lacking, are essential to understand what build model of iMac
you may have, if you have one at all. Your older threads in ASC involve an
iPhone, and a MacBook Pro, for the most part; with no hints in your profile.

You may be able to identify the computer by model identifier number and/or
serial number, that should help you tell us what you have in front of you.
