Q: Why won't iPhone show UK public holidays?

I am using 3 Apple devices - an iMac, iPad & just recently, an iPhone 6s. Calendars on iPad & iMac display UK Public holidays, but iPhone will not display them. Does anyone know how to do this please?

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.2.1

Tap the Calendar app from your Home screen.

Tap Calendars (centre) at the bottom of the screen.

Select the Holidays calendar under OTHER.

    Hi Fiob

Make sure you have it set to show:
Open the Calendars app on your iPhone > Tap "Calendars" at the bottom and make sure Holidays is checked.

    Thank you for swift response.

Sorry, I should have stated that I have selected all of those things.

Sorry, I had selected all of those options, but still no UK holidays are displayed.

    Thanks for helping though.

Make sure the calendar is not hidden.

    If not, try this:

View the Holidays calendar. Tap Calendars, then tap Holidays to include national holidays with your events.

    or

Subscribe to a calendar. Go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars, then tap Add Account. Tap Other, then tap Add Subscribed Calendar. Enter the server and filename of the .ics file to subscribe to. You can also subscribe to an iCalendar (.ics) calendar published on the web, by tapping a link to the calendar.
