Q: outlook 2007 email fodlers not syncing with icloud

Hello!

My iCloud email folders stopped syncing properly in Outlook 2007. So there are mail folders I created using my iPhone and on the web-based app but they do not show up in Outlook. I tried 'creating' folders of the same name in Outlook to see if the messages in the folders would sync but it would not let me create the folders as the iCloud server said 'a folder with that name already exists'. I have tried right clicking on the iCloud folder and choosing "update folder list" but that did not work either. I have checked all my iCloud server settings. I tried uninstalling Outlook and re-installing. I tried signing out of iCloud, uninstalling, then re-installing iCloud. I am using Windows 10 with Outlook 2007 and iCloud for Windows 5.1

Has anyone else has this problem and what was your solution? TIA
