Q: I can't send messages to one certain number but I can recieve them. Please help

I Recieve all the texts she sends me but she doesn't get any texts from me. I tried sending as text and iMessage. We both reset our phones and deleted the conversation but texts still won't go through. Any help at all. Please

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.2.1

Use Messages with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

If you can't send or receive messages on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Also double check she doesn't have you blocked.
