Q: How do I transfer data and information from my current IPad to my new IPad and maintain usage of the data and information on both IPad's?

My employer is wanting to open another line and add a second IPad mini to it. He is wanting to transfer the data and information on his current IPad to the new IPad and maintain usage of all of the data and information on both IPad's. Is this possible, and how do I do this?
