Q: Why cant my wife receive photos from her sister and she has the same phone a iphone6s and her borther send her pictures also and she can see them or reveive them either but between me and my phone we can see and recevie photos

Why cant me and my wife receive photos from my sister in law and brother in law and cant see or receive them but between me and my wife we can see and receive the photos between us. then between my sister in law and brother in law they can send and see photos I don't know what to do

    How is your sister in law and brother trying to send the photos to your?  By text?  By Email? 

    Can you send photos to them successfully?

    Are you using an iCloud email account? If not who is your email provider?

    sister and brother in law send pictures by txt... and yes me and my wife can send the them pictures and they receive them ok and I call apple and they check my phone and everthing is ok with my phone and my wife phone is working fine
