Feb 28, 2016 9:34 AM in response to Palmini GG LOLby sterling r,Hi Palmini GG LOL,
It sounds like your GameCenter app has a white screen when you open it. I would start by quitting the GameCenter app and your Settings apps:
1. Press the Home button two times quickly. You'll see small previews of your recently used apps.
2. Swipe left to find the app you want to close.
3. Swipe up on the app's preview to close it.
When you have done that restart the device and test the issue again:iOS: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting
If the issue persists, backup your device to iTunes, then restore it as new and verify that it works.
How to erase your iOS device and then set it up as a new device or restore it from backups
Thank you for using Apple Support Communities, let us know how that goes. -
Mar 17, 2016 9:56 PM in response to sterling rby Gerald Ostheimer,I have the same issue described above. It persists after restarting the settings app or after restarting the device. Erasing my device and setting it up as new to resolve a GameCenter bug is not an option on a device that remains in daily active use. Other discussions of this bug advise not to restore from a backup or else the bug also reappears. This bug is now in the wild for too long and needs to be taken seriously by Apple.
