I see that you're installing iTunes on your PC and the process seems to stall when configuring Windows Firewall.
The iTunes installer may need to modify your firewall configuration so it can access the iTunes Store and other Apple services. You can find more help with iTunes and Windows Firewall in If your Windows firewall is blocking iTunes.
