Q: Can't rent movie in Apple TV iTunes Store

Apple TV latest 4th Generation (latest)
Issue:
I want to rent a movie through iTunes Store in Apple TV, when I choose the "Rent", show up the loading mark and stack there and nothing happen any more.
Simply just it doesn't go further than loading mark after pressing "Rent",
Support Information:
Things I have checked so far are below;
- Internet Connection no problem (I can watch trailers)
- If I press "Menu" button, I can go back to previous screen = so it means, not freezing application
- Reboot the device
- Log out and in to iTunes Account
- Rented the movie in iPad and play it through AirPlay = so my Apple id works fine
Please help!

Same Apple TV 4th generation, except for my trying to purchase a movie.
- Reboot, had no effect.
- The Apple ID was used to purchase the movie on my Mac, then played on the ATV so it is also not an issue of Apple ID.
- Remote is fully functional, TV volume, menu, etc
I personally, went for a clean slate, and reset the ATV. I know most will not likely go that route. I however don't mind clean slates.
The only thing that was problematic upon a clean start was the remote would not pair just by clicking. I had to manually pair the remote as listed in step 2 here. Set up your Apple TV (4th generation) - Apple Support
However after the initial setup, and Apple ID sign in, my purchases went thru in just a few seconds.
BTW, USA store in my case.
