Q: Is there any device or method that I can use to play the music from my ipod/iphone through my car speakers?

Looking for a device which would allow me to play the music from my ipod/iphone through my car speakers. I do not have a car with the latest technology (2008 Saturn Astra)

iPhone 6s Plus

If your car has an auxiliary jack all you need is an RCA cable.

Since my auxiliary jack broke in my car and a lot of car models don't have the auxiliary port unless they are newer models, you can always use an FM transmitter like I do! The FM transmitter is of course not as good as directly plugged in through auxiliary port, but it works! Just do a search for iPhone 6S FM transmitters and find the best one for your liking.

if the car radio is old enough to have a tape deck you can get a 3.5mm mini jack -> tape adaptor like this http://www.amazon.co.uk/Audio-Cassette-3-5mm-Jack-Adaptor/dp/B000Q8JC64

FM transmitters are no longer a viable option in most populated areas. There generally isn't enough empty space anywhere on the dial for it to work well.

That hasn't happened in the U.S. yet. When it does, FM transmitters may become a viable option again here.
