Q: i am getting billed for an app that is no longer on our devices?  How do you kill the app from renewing/billing when you can't find it on the device?

Can anyone help with this?

    Re-download it for free. To do so, log into the App Store using the Apple ID used for the original purchase, then navigate to the Purchased tab. The app should be listed there.

    Only apps or services that you subscribed to, but didn't unsubscribe may be problematic. Don't worry about any others. They're harmless and there's no need, nor is it possible, to "disable" them. If you no longer need an app, just delete it.

    All purchases are linked to the Apple ID that was used at that time, so you'd have to log into App Store using that Apple ID, no matter how old it is.

    Otherwise, you have three choices:

    1. Contact the app developer;

    2. Contact Apple's App Store support (contact info for your region is at the bottom of the Store web page);

    3. Disable or change the credit card that's used for the subscription payments.

    last question (I hope).

    Do Apple IDs not being used become invalid?  I am trying to use my old id and I am getting an invalid id message

    Apple ID accounts are, essentially, forever, but it is possible the password was changed and that's why you can't log in?
