Q: Music doesn't list imported CD under Artists on my iPhone

I've wasted so much time just trying to get my existing iTunes music visible/playable.  I've imported CDs into iTunes, synced to my iPhone and iPad but they only appear in the recently added and don't appear under the artist. E.g. the Jess Glynne, I Cry When I Laugh album has imported but in the Artist list under Jess Glynne I can only see and play one single (Hold My Hand) previously downloaded from iTunes.  When the album disappearx from Recently added, I won't then be able to play it because it isn't visible anywhere else.  Also when I synced, iTunes said it was copying the album art, but it hasn't.  I can only see the double music note icon for each album instead of the correct images. The online guide for Music doesn't give any detailed instructions on how to use Music on your devices to play existing iTunes tracks. It just concentrates on joining Apple Music and how to use that, which I do not want to do. I just want to continue using iTunes the way I always have.

I tried to post this issue on the Music community but when I clicked Post, I got the error:

"You are not allowed to create or update this content."

Why am I not allowed to post to that part of the community?
