Q: iTunes Match

I have purchased iTunes match, and have bought a new PC and added iTunes, on the new PC most tracks (90%) I can play, but some I cant, the strange thing is there are albums I have purchased in ITunes and two or three tracks out of the all album wont play (greyed out). This does not seem logical. Any help would be good.

    Hi Colin Chaffers,

I see that you’re having an issue with some songs in iTunes on your PC. I have an article for you that will explain the symbol you are seeing, which might help you resolve the issue:

If your songs appear in light gray text

Your songs might appear in iTunes in light gray text for a variety of reasons. Those reasons include:

    • You're not connected to iCloud Music Library. If you see a Disconnected icon in the upper-right corner of iTunes, you're not connected to iCloud Music Library. Click the icon to reconnect.
    • The song isn't in Apple Music or isn't available in your current country. These songs also appear in gray if you search for them in Apple Music.
    • Restrictions are turned on for explicit tracks. Learn more about Restrictions.

Hope this helps. Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities. Have a good one!

Please  read my question, none of the above apply, I have bought an album(s) from itunes but only some of the album tracks are grayed out, if I have purchased the album from Itunes it my expectation I will see all the tracks not just some, if I'm not conected to iCloud music, I wont see any. In my case its about 10% missing. Do you have any other suggestions to offer?
