I see that you’re having an issue with some songs in iTunes on your PC. I have an article for you that will explain the symbol you are seeing, which might help you resolve the issue:
If your songs appear in light gray text
Your songs might appear in iTunes in light gray text for a variety of reasons. Those reasons include:
- You're not connected to iCloud Music Library. If you see a Disconnected icon in the upper-right corner of iTunes, you're not connected to iCloud Music Library. Click the icon to reconnect.
- The song isn't in Apple Music or isn't available in your current country. These songs also appear in gray if you search for them in Apple Music.
- Restrictions are turned on for explicit tracks. Learn more about Restrictions.

Hope this helps. Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities. Have a good one!

Feb 29, 2016 5:51 PM in response to braden85by Colin Chaffers,Please read my question, none of the above apply, I have bought an album(s) from itunes but only some of the album tracks are grayed out, if I have purchased the album from Itunes it my expectation I will see all the tracks not just some, if I'm not conected to iCloud music, I wont see any. In my case its about 10% missing. Do you have any other suggestions to offer?
