Your CS volume was shrunk by 833GB, but there is no partition for Bootcamp. What is the version of Windows you are trying to install? The 3TB Fusion drive requires special partitioning. El Capitan may fail doing that. The BC partition must be on the first 2TB of the HDD or larger than 1TB due to limitations of MBR/BIOS versions of Windows (W7).

You will not be able to create a partition via Disk Utility till you make the Fusion drive extend and contain the Free Space. You can do it using diskutil command line, though.

great. Any chance you would have the command line to do that?  This is a bit above my head now

In OSX Terminal, let us try and reclaim the Free Space first.

    diskutil cs resizeVolume 7367C94B-8039-45FB-AA00-19B91DFFD1CD 0g

0g is a special setting which says use all available space.

Here is the syntax help. Please see the highlighted part. You may also need to boot into Internet Recovery (not Local Recovery) and run diskutil repairDisk disk0 to get Mac to correct the Free Space summary.

    diskutil cs resizeVolume

    Usage:  diskutil coreStorage resizeVolume

            lvUUID|MountPoint|DiskIdentifier|DeviceNode size

Resize a logical volume, which is one of one or more disks that consume storage

out of a logical volume group. The logical volume group will have more or less

available space after this operation, if it was a shrink or grow, respectively.

Specifying zero as the size asks for an "automatic" fit-to-fill-LVG operation.

    Example: diskutil coreStorage resizeVolume

             11111111-2222-3333-4444-555555555555 10g

Getting this error when running that line

    diskutil cs resizeVolume 7367C94B-8039-45FB-AA00-19B91DFFD1CD 0g

The Core Storage Logical Volume UUID is 7367C94B-8039-45FB-AA00-19B91DFFD1CD

    Started CoreStorage operation

Error: -69674: The provided Core Storage logical volume has an incorrect size; you should run whole-disk repair

Excellent. Let us see how partitioning works. Do not forget SMC/NVRAM reset without any external storage first.

The partitioning on a 3TB Fusion disk (using the HDD part) requires 'sandwiching' the Windows partition (smaller than 1TB) between two separate parts of a CS volume, so you may see disk0s5... and the CS volume spanning parts across the the disk slices.
