Q: How can I organize my music folder with iTunes and iTunes Match?
I have used iTunes for Windows for a number of years and 2 years ago started with iTunes Match. There are 81,000 files in my music folder, with 35,000 files in my iTunes sub-folder. iTunes shows about 10,000 songs. Some songs are in my music only and some are in iTunes/media/music folder. Some are in both. With 81,000 files, it's impossible to sort this manually. Is there any way to do it with iTunes? I have never played music with any other program. Is the entire "my music" folder in Windows managed by iTunes? I have a duplicate file finder app which will get rid of dups but I'm concerned a lot of music is not in iTunes Match. How can I fix the entire folder? Or can I start over with iTunes Match?

From the above link:
When iTunes Match adds these songs to your iCloud Music Library, iTunes Match doesn’t change or alter your original music files that reside on iTunes for Mac or PC or on your iOS devices from which they were added.
