Q: error message with all my (known) passwords using el captain

I'm getting an error message with all my (known) passwords using Apple's el captain (iCloud, iTunes, password, App’ Store password, etc).  Apple told me I would have to reinstall my OS…  I did this - It did not fix the issue!  Further, it appears to be spreading to other saved accounts, such as my gmail, aol etc.  I think this is new and unknown issue to Apple support!  Is it a virus?   I don't believe they know how to deal with this issue yet with regards to El Capitain.  Has anyone else experienced this?

MacBook Pro, OS X El Capitan (10.11.3)
