Q: Bootcamp on El Capitan with ISO.

I have a Mac Mini from Mid-2010 and a few months ago, I upgraded it to El Capitan. I wanted a new computer because my computer was getting slow. I soon started deleting apps and realized that Macs are good Windows computers. I used Boot Camp and downloaded a Windows 7 Ultimate 32-Bit ISO file. But for some reason, Boot Camp doesn't recognize the ISO file as an install disk and burning a disk doesn't work because my mac keeps saying the disk is blank when it isn't. I have also tried mounting the ISO and it doesn't work. What can I do?

Mac mini, OS X El Capitan (10.11.3), Mid-2010, 2 GB of RAM, Core 2 Duo

You may need the windows 64 bit version to use with El Capitan - that the 32 bit version doesn't work.

The support for 32-bit should not be removed due to an OSX Upgrade. From Install Windows 7 and earlier on your Mac using Boot Camp - Apple Support,

But testing with 64-bit is worth a test.

This is not even getting close to BC Assistant starting the installer. The DVD from ISO for W7 32-bit is where the OP is stuck. The DVD should be working since it works on other Macs.
