Q: wiki doesn't work after upgrade

I recently upgraded my server from 10.9.5 to 10.11.3, and got the latest Server.app (version 5.0.15). Things seem to be OK, but the wiki service does not work anymore.  Within server.app, the wiki claims to be on and reachable, however when I try, I get:

Websites are turned off.

An administrator can turn them on using the Server application.

There is an option in the Wiki section of the Server.app to "Open in Safari", and this also gives the error message above.  Any ideas what I might try?

One update: I tried turning on Websites using Server.app, and it claims that it is "reachable over the internet at [my server url]". However, now when I try to get the wiki through Safari (at https://[my server url]/wiki), I get:

    Not Found

The requested URL /wiki was not found on this server.

Apache Server at evolab.indiana.edu Port 443

So I assume that apache is on, but the wiki seems to be nonexistent.

I get this behaviour intermittently and have never found out why. However, when it happens I turn on the VPN and refresh the web page (wiki) and it displays normally.  I find this happens with the web sites I host as well.

Also, now having turned on websites have you tried accessing wiki using the little arrow next to 'Server Website (SSL) in the Websites section.

    And....

Have you put your server in the DNS section?

    Hi DaiJohn,

I'm not sure how to set up the VPN, so I didn't try that.

I also don't have a little arrow next to 'Server Website (SSL)' in the Websites section, so I'm not sure what you mean..

My server was in the DNS section, but turning it on or off did not seem to make a difference.

However I did notice I had an additional Website listed under the Websites section. One was 'Server Website', another was 'Server Website (SSL)', and the third one was my old (pre-update) one, that was the DNS name of the server itself.  I deleted that old one and now my Wiki works again. I even turned the Websites section off (so it theoretically isn't serving websites at all), but the Wiki still works.  This makes me think that that website that I deleted was somehow confusing the server, and it wasn't allowing any access to the Wiki (which I guess is a specialized website itself).

In any case, thanks for suggesting things to try, and places to look.
