Q: Iphone 5c software issue

Here's a unique one... So my iphone 5c has many many issues. Here is a list of the major issues.

 

- The time and date is completely off, I tried changing the settings to change automatically and manually and it still doesn't work.

- I-message doesn't work and i'm not able to receive group messages, Facetime also doesn't work

- I'm not able to enter in my password for my Gmail account. I get a blank screen

- I'm not able to login to the app store or ITunes

- I tried resetting my phone to it's factory settings and tried resetting and re-uploading everything from ITunes and now my apps wont reload on my screen

- The phone time's out on my often

- I'm not able to view any multimedia+

- I'm no longer able to back up my content onto Icloud

- Sir also doesn't work

 

I have not damaged this phone is any way. I no longer have insurance on it and my contract is not up for another few months. Please help!!

    Reboot.

    Restore and restore your data from a backup.

    Restore and set up as a new phone.

    Those are standard troubleshooting steps.

    If none of them fix the problem, make an appointment at the genius bar of your local Apple Store. They will not charge you to look at the phone, test it, and tell you what your options are. Worst case, you can get an out of warranty replacement if the phone is faulty.
