Q: The app won't download.

I am having trouble downloading a game from the app store.

This is a game I have paid for which is worrying me as I cannot even get to play it.

The game was downloading steadily until it was paused, then "resume" was clicked and since it has not responded and "waiting" is displayed.

I have tried restarting and force quitting all programs in order for there to be no distractions. Help me!

Probably the best way to try & address issues with the Store, is direct.

You should probability delete it from your downloads folder. Go back to the app store and sign in and re download it. If you have more problems after this. Contact the app store. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203421 https://www.apple.com/support/mac/app-store/troubleshooting/

From the Store menu, please select
Check for Unfinished Downloads...
