Where to contact? Apple does not listed email anymore as one of ways to get their support.

?? I have this problem as well and have tried all of the fixes mentioned on this site and they dont work. I tried contacting apple but they wont allow me to contact apple support unless i pay for it! Is there a way that you know of that I can contact them without having to pay $40.00?

Really disappointed with Apple right now - obviously many people are having this issue with the latest update.  My daughter is unable to do her homework because of this, she has been trying to activate her iPad for several hours without success and is very upset.

For Apple to insist that we have to pay for support when it is clearly their issue is beyond unacceptable.

Sorry no help here - I have tried the various methods suggested by people here without any success.

All we can hope is that Apple gets their collective thumbs out of their proverbials and fix this.  All too late for my daughter though.

I agree. Im at breaking point. you cant even speak to anyone at apple to get them to understand that it must be a problem at their end.

I'm having the same problem... good to know that there are others... bad to know that there is no fix out yet :-(

Are we all using iPad 2 Wi-Fi + 3G? Could it be 3G-related?

You could be right: mine is an iPad 2 WiFi+3G.
