Q: My son upgraded to 50gb storage on I cloud. I want to downgrade back to the free plan.  Where do I go?

Need some help here.  My son upgraded to 50gb storage on I cloud I cannot find where/how to downgrade back to the free 5gb storage.  Any advice?
