Q: Cannot sync iphone 5s with computer.

Up until this morning iTunes recognized my devices.  After updating to iOS 9.3 and updating itunes to 12.3.3, I am no longer able to sync my devices.  I followed your support steps but cannot find the device driver on my computer for apple devices.  HELP!!!!

I just reinstalled itunes 12.3.3.  At first it did not recognize my phone.  After running the diagnostic program, my phone icon popped up.  It recognizes my other devices too.  Thanks!
