Mar 22, 2016 11:46 AM in response to Oops94by rkaufmann87,Please reset the SMC (may be required 2-3 times) by unplugging from the back of the computer and letting it sit for about 45 seconds. Then plug in and restart and test it. If this does not work, try another USB keyboard and test if that works. If the USB keyboard works okay, they your wireless keyboard has failed and should be replaced. If it is covered by warranty or AppleCare, simply have it replaced by Apple.
