Q: I cant activated my ipad
After finished update ios9, i having problen went to active ipad which is ask me about id and pasword. They give my old id number to active ipad. While that old id number i already changed with the new one. Before this i updated there has not problem because i used my new id. But now i cant actived when i use my new id. Because they said my id n password incorrect. Please fix this.

Please do not post your personal email on a public forum
Also - if the online support links do not work for you - you may need to bring the device along with proof of ownership to an Apple store where they may be able to take that new ID off the device
