Mar 19, 2016 9:40 AM in response to kes252by Limnos,https://discussions.apple.com/thread/7163823 - If you have signed up for Apple Music or iTunes Match you won't have the option to manually manage or sync music to a device in iTunes. Music syncing is done through iCloud and all your eligible music should appear there. Movies can still be synced.

Mar 23, 2016 12:54 AM in response to Limnosby kes252,Thanks for your reply but none of these options work for me.
I don't have iTunes Match or Apple Music so don't understand why i cannot sync manually.
Apple when are you going to give a clear response on this? You clearly have a lot of upset customers. the reason I have an iPhone and iMac is so that this is all EASY but currently that is far from the case.

Mar 23, 2016 1:14 AM in response to kes252by roaminggnome,You are not addressing Apple here at all.
Everyone here is an iPhone user just like you.
What happens when you sync?
Nothing has changed in respect to syncing music to your iPhone form your computer.
Open iTunes, connect iPhone, select what you want, sync.
