Q: How do I lock Notes with the new iOS 9.3?

I was able to go into Settings and set a password, but I can't figure out how to lock notes. Any thoughts?

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 9.3

Make sure the Note belongs to the iCloud Group or is local to the iPhone. Notes stored on Exchange, Gmail or other services may not be lockable.
