Q: Unable to download from appstore
Hi,
I upgraded recently to iOS version 9.2.1 on my ipad 3 and since then I am not able to download any apps. It just tries to download and eventually nothing happens. When I try to restart my ipad I see a prompt "Unable to Purchase. The "Apps" could not be downloaded at this time. Please try again later."
I was able to download the same apps in the past but now unable to download or update. Please help.

If you are getting a message that apps could not be download and to try again later then there may be an issue connecting to the iTunes Store.
If you can’t connect to the iTunes Store - Apple Support
