It should show a letter followed by a few astericks and then an @ symbol and the email portion.
Do you recognize that email?
Is that the one you are trying to log in with?

I understand that after updating your iPhone to iOS 9.3, your current Apple ID and password are not working to activate your device. In some cases, the hint that you see on the Activate iPhone screen may not match your current Apple ID.

I connected the phone to the computer and tried to follow the steps provided to unlock it via itunes, but it gives me this error: We could not complete your iTunes store request. An unknow error occurred (0x80090326). There was an error in the iTunes store. Please try again later.
I also tried to do it via icloud.com I entered my account but it doesnt show no devices at all, it doesn't even show the find my phone logo.
I don't know whats wrong with my account, I can access it from my computer but not from my iphone?????
Please I need help...
