Q: Activate carrier Device Without Sim Tray?

After an update my iPad 2 , it restarted and on the screen it says ActivatecarrierDeviceWithoutSimTray and i forgot my Apple ID and i have no choice but to sign in when i cant remember

iPad 2, iOS 9.3, Don't know exact iOS but newest
