Q: OS 9.3 update

Used automatic update overnight. Cannot activate iPad after updating to OS 9.3, tried iTunes on PC and iMac. Any suggestions?

Hi. Looks like there is not a clue.
I have the same problem,
Apple does not answer, some users try to help, but this is a new problem and the suggestions does not work.
Just wait, probably, some time in the future, Apple will talk.

True, but in the meantime I can't use my iPad. Needless to say I am not going to update my iPhone until this is resolved.
