Version 3.28.2 was updated automatically, so no upgrade is needed and restart does not help - Ethernet is still "Disconnected"...

In Network preferences add "Apple USB Ethernet Adapter", it can only be added if the USB device is connected and recognized. Change "Configure IPv4" to "OFF" and apply. Change back to "Using DHCP" and apply. The connection icon turns green.

Maybe it's because current operating system is 10.11.5, maybe it's different network...
Maybe dwarfs started to work.. Thanks for replies.
