If Boom is showing, delete it. Restart your comp. Try to trash Boom & empty the trash.

Mar 24, 2016 6:31 PM in response to Baby Boomer (USofA)by Goldenbill,Hi Boomer!! Thanks for the help, as you can see it worked for the capture of their denial of image but not for the images. I tried it again that's how I got the picture of their refusal of my images.

Mar 24, 2016 6:43 PM in response to Baby Boomer (USofA)by Goldenbill,I've spent the best part of this afternoon trashing every file of Boom I could ferret out with Spotlight, FindAnyFile, and various other search modes but now I'm down to the only one left "Boom.app" and I can't open it because it's damaged. You'd better believe it but it was "damaged" when I started this journey this morning. Used the uninstaller sometime last month guess it didn't get everything. Used to use Boom all the time then they updated it out of my reach, no longer works on Snow Leopard; I was quite willing to pay for the new update although they said it wasn't necessary since I'd already paid for the earlier one, then I began getting "Your trial period has run out". It ran out over a year ago and I bought the app and used it and loved it.

Mar 24, 2016 6:47 PM in response to Goldenbillby Goldenbill,Boomer, I think I found it! Read your post and my reply and noticed they said it must be .jpg, gif., or .png and mine is .rtfd. I'll go change the file and try again. Details, details, details,!

Mar 24, 2016 8:19 PM in response to Baby Boomer (USofA)by Goldenbill,Your 9:17/6:17 (looks like you're in the Eastern Time Zone I'm on the left coast) doesn't work because Boom is not in the Accounts/loginItems. Can't delete what doesn't show on my title bar, applications, spotlight, etc.,etc.,etc. Boom shows on the desktop but will not open nor show in any app. (except the sound file where it takes precedence but will not move.)
