Q: Losing contacts

Contacts are added in the normal way, backed up to the Cloud and then disappear from the I Phone 6. I text some show as.Phone nu

number plus the messages but no persons details. Run on wifi on a fast wifi on a hub 5

iPhone 6, iOS 9.3

Hey Peter,

I understand that you are having issues with your contacts showing up on your iPhone. Let's see if we can get that sorted out.

I would first start with verifying that the contacts show up on iCloud.com and if they are, make sure that Contacts are set to sync on your iPhone. You might also see things work proerply if you disable and enable Contact syncing on your iPhone. Take a look at the article below for more details on troubleshooting this further.
