Q: Help! El Capitan has been too much pain. Too many crashes :(

I am writing here because I am unable to do my work ever since I upgraded to El Capitan from my 10.7.8 lion. I changed my motherboard, I replaced my RAM from 2 gb to 8gb, and just yesterday I upgraded to 10.11.4 and it crashed again. I cannot say when it will crash next because I am getting auto crash and restart 5 to 6 times a day everyday. I cannot edit the photo in photoshop because it crashes soon. I cannot write on Scrivener while browsing web on chrome because it crashes somehow. I cannot listen to music on itunes and work on my macbook because it crashes after sometime. Help! My previous os lion never crashed in a year but now I crash 5 to 6 times everyday. Please help! Its my late 2011 macbook pro. Also, How can I downgrade to lion OSX now. I don't have backup or anything. Please serious help needed. Below is the recent crash report.

MacBook Pro, OS X El Capitan (10.11.4)

Also, the main thing is that my macbook pro does not crashes when running only one app. If I only open Scrivener then El Capitan never crashes but suddenly if I open Preview at the same time, it  restarts unexpectedly. Also, working on Photoshop crashes if I use certain tools. This has been too much pain. Please help!!!!

The first task you should perform is to backup all of your data.

It would be helpful if you posted the entire kernel panic report.  There may be pertinent information in the section you omitted.

Reset the SMC and the NVRAM:

    https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201295

    https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204063

    Then try a safe boot:

    https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201262

    Any change?

    Ciao.

    Hi Awan:

You can still buy Lion, http://www.apple.com/ca/shop/product/D6106Z/A/os-x-lion from Apple, but that may not be your problem.

Did you have your system board replaced by Apple?

Maybe it is still under warranty.

Make a Genius Bar appointment:  Genius Bar

    The evaluation will be FREE.

I restarted my laptop from the save mode. I could not use anything in safe mode because screen lagged a lot. I also, just reset my SMC. The computer runs smooth for some moment and then as I go browsing the internet and open itunes then, my computer freezes or crashes. This had never happened in a year when I was on lion. After the update to 10.11.2 I had to change my motherboard, replace my ram and I still see this crash. It's hard for me to live with this because I had spend a lot of bucks buying macbook.

Also, I really don't care about my data anymore, all I need is smooth OS. Please please help! El Capitan ruined my macbook

Why should one have to purchase Lion OSX when the MBP came with Lion OSX originally?

The log I had was posted on my second reply above. I will update as soon as another crash happens but just a moment ago it freezed up as I was using Safari because I thought chrome was a problem. Then, again I am typing this message from chrome now. I will report the next panic report if I face it. For now let me check with etrecheck.
