Q: How can I talk directly with an Apple Support tech?
I am trying to set up Family sharing on iTunes, but the system won't let me. I just spoke with an Apple support tech but couldn't finish our conversation. He provided a case number, but now I can't seem to locate an actual support number. This is rather urgent as I'm trying to prevent family members already connected to my account from making purchases without my knowledge. I have already deleted my credit card. Any suggestions on how to get a live Apple tech on the phone would be welcome. Thank you.
