Q: Apple id problem

Hi

after changing my password and changing apple ID, I can not download anything on appstore :-(

it says that I have to add the correct address and Zipcode, while I have not change address and Zipcode

Erro Message: WE COULD NOT VERIFY YOUR ADDRESS. WE COULD NOT PAIR YOUR ZIP CODE WITH YOUR STATE.PLEASE REVIEW

 

 

And I am sure that my address and zipcode are correct!!!!!! And i used to download many free applications from appstores.

My devices are Iphone 4 and Ipad 2.

what is the problem and How I can fix it

    You've logged into your account and looked at the billing address details on your account, the details shown are (still) correct for where you are living, are there any error messages showing on that screen ?

    Mine is saying my apple ID has been deactivated and to contact Itunes support. I have been getting this message for 3 day. Apply support told me over the phone that this was a developer issue and it would be resolved 24 hours from that first day somehow I am still having this issue.To make matters worse, I cannot download or update any of my apps for school and so I have not been able to complete certain tasks. Apple is slowly making it to my **** list and I am going to tell everyone that I know who hasn't yet bought any apple products not to waste their money.  They don't even care enough about customers to properly address these issues and these products are super expensive.

    I Changed the state and zip code and phone number and it worked,however the former state and zip code were correct.

    i Just changed them
