Q: Siri not setting reminders, opening apps, etc
After a recent wipe and restore from iCloud, Siri is no longer working consistently on my iPhone 6, running iOS 9.2.
I've run thru all the usual remedies (restart, restore, wipe settings, Siri on/off, etc.) with no luck. Apple even replaced my phone, as it seemed to be having touchscreen response issues, but the problem stayed with the iCloud restore.
Any ideas?

Everything is suddenly working for me, with no intervention on my part. I've done nothing since my original post, including applying updates, as there haven't been any. Every single Siri function started working again this past week sometime.
I have no explanation for this. It would appear that it was a server problem at Apple tied to my ID and iCloud backup that was somehow resolved on their end.
