I am pretty sure the Lounge was L4 at some stage over a decade ago but then re-assigned. I remember I was approaching leveling up and suddenly skipped a level completely overnight. Leveling went from L4 to L6 but still at 8000 points.  It basically added more lower levels with smaller gaps, likely as an effort not to discourage new people with big waits between levels.

I also kind of vaguely remember some kind of point recalculation way back when...

I remember thinking I was almost at the lounge level when things suddenly changed and I was "de-moted" to a lower level with the same number of points. And, the number of points required went up.

To gain the User Tip badge, it is not enough to create a User Tip. It must also be "Liked"

Ya know what would really be nice? Get rewarded for doing "housekeeping" deeds - "Reporting" should be rewarded - but it's not! Wacky!
